Jaroslav Tichý is a cooperating attorney at coLEGAL. He gained valuable experience during his studies at the Supreme Administrative Court, where he worked as a legal intern, and at a Brno law firm dealing with a wide range of legal sectors. It was there where he realized that lawyers often speak a language that the average person does not understand. However, the task of modern 21st century advocacy is to provide clients with legal services that are easy to understand for a client.
He followed this mantra even after his studies, having worked in a leading Czech law firm for over 4 years. He focused mainly on administrative proceedings, administrative punishment, employment law counselling, construction law, legal services to local governments, issues of free access to information, subsidies and other public support or public regulation of the railway environment.
In his legal practice, he continues to deal with various administrative issues, providing comprehensive legal advice to clients in their dealings with public administration bodies, whether in their personal lives or their business activities. In this area, he also offers legal services to the public sector in the creation, interpretation and application of legal norms and internal regulations, and conducts training sessions on selected topics.
In the past, Jaroslav successfully dealt with a number of important cases and represented clients in litigation amounting to hundreds of millions of CZK.
