We prepare all necessary labor law documentation, such as employment contracts, agreements on work performance and activity, non-compete agreements, termination agreements, or workplace policies and organizational rules. We will appropriately set up internal regulations to clarify individual employees' responsibilities, their authority to act on behalf of the employer, and remuneration principles. We also take into account modern practices, such as electronic signing and legal actions. If needed, we will subsequently provide employee training.
We also assist in resolving complex issues related to situations such as the termination of employment relationships or addressing damages incurred, including court disputes.
